On July 20, 2021, after nearly a half century of successfully representing local claimants for SSI and Social Security Disability Insurance benefits, Richard A. Whitaker. Esq. retired from the practice of law and transferred his law firm to United Disability Lawyers Group. We too over the last decades have concentrated our practice on assisting the disabled with their Social Security and SSI claims.
It is our privilege to now represent SSDI and SSI applicants in Northern California, where Mr. Whitaker concentrated his practice for so many years. We are happy to accept referrals from the area and carry on Attorney Whitaker’s reputation for high quality disability law services. We can also answer any general questions about applying for disability benefits and SSI and are available to provide a helpful, short informational seminar for any organizations that serve the disabled.
